Good place to start! - Project Architect P M Architecture PC Employee Review

Lot to learn! it's a small firm with less then 10 employees where we get to often visit sites. We do lots of things in house (Sp/Pl/Mh/FA...) with consultants help.. you touch all aspects of architecture and construction. Great atmosphere with coworkers, happy hours every friday and birthday lunches!

Have to bring lunch or order food as no great options in the neighborhood!

very knowledgeable owner and project manager when it comes to dob, building code and building. seniors will do their best to teach the juniors.

The owner and the project manager think anyone besides them is incapable of doing anything they do so they don't trust anyone. everything you do will be micro managed and you will be questioned all the time as if it was your first day practicing architecture. once they think they have figured you out as in they think you are best at one task they will only give you that task and they will forever talk about giving you other assignments and they might do it from time to time but ultimately in their eyes you are only good for one thing. you have to clock in and out and when you go to lunch too. you are not trusted to manage your time, your work nothing. you don't know anything because they know everything.
