Pros
Great boss, has a lot of trust in his employees. Puts a big amount of responsibility in his employees but is rewarding when jobs are completed early or customers are happy.
Cons
Some days go longer than 8 hours, and since most customers are friends or friends of a friend, boss doesnt allow you to stop and go back to finish the next day unless the job is large.
