Culture of Bullying & Blame - Human Resources Advisor P3 People Management Employee Review

I have worked at P3 People Management for over 3 years and can honestly say it is one of the best places I have ever worked. It's a small team who all work really closely together. The opportunity to learn and develop is second to none with the variation of HR activity we deal with on a daily basis. I worked as a HR Administrator in other companies and soon realised that I had learnt nothing in that time in comparison to 6 months with P3. The company works really hard to support its clients, especially during the most challenging year of 2020. Everyone works together to make sure they offer the best service, but also make sure everyone in the team is supported too. Would highly recommend.

Whilst no job is ever perfect, I don't have any specific cons which I think are worth noting.

Fantastic team and owner who demonstrate utmost respect care and attention for each other and our clients. Room for both personal and professional growth in a safe environment in which we can all work to our strengths and gain support in our areas for improvement. Amazing Company and colleagues.
