Pros

PACIFIC has a few really great minds on the team. If you have never worked on large sites, this is a great way to get some experience on some large brands.

Cons

-ELT (Upper Management) is an absolute mess - The company is held up by a single client - Super slow to hire, so expect heavy workloads - They are notorious for firing people left and right - so expect to pick up that extra work - No real transparency from management - No strong processes in place - Extremely low bonuses expect around 2% if you get one at all - Pay is very low for the work you do - if you are looking for money, go somewhere else - Pay increases / reviews are once a year unless you have an offer from someone else, wink wink - Working from home is frowned upon - No transparency into career progression - if you stay long enough you will probably be promoted because they will fire those above you - Contracts with long standing retainers are being changed for the worst, which is upsetting these clients - Management does not take feedback well - there is a reason you stopped winning 'Best Places To Work' after 2016 - Can be very clicky at times - CEO is incredibly stubborn

Pros

One of the things I love most about working at PACIFIC is the flexibility and the genuine importance the company places on family, especially when unexpected emergencies arise. The leadership team fosters a supportive environment without micromanagement, allowing us to take ownership of our work and grow professionally. I also appreciate that our voices are heard—our opinions truly matter, and that makes a huge difference in feeling valued as an employee. It’s a great place to work if you’re looking for a company that trusts and respects its team.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, processes are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to ambiguity in decision-making. However, leadership is receptive to feedback, and improvements are continuously being made.

Pros

If you're passionate about digital marketing and looking for a company that values its employees, this is the place to be. Supportive and Collaborative Culture: PACIFIC fosters a really positive and collaborative work environment. Everyone is willing to help each other out, and there's a real sense of teamwork. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being. Opportunities for Growth: PACIFIC invests in its employees' professional development, offering opportunities for training, mentorship, and advancement. They encourage you to take on new challenges and are supportive of career growth. Interesting and Challenging Work: The work is never boring! PACIFIC works with a diverse range of clients, so you're constantly exposed to new industries and challenges. This keeps things fresh and exciting, and allows you to develop a wide range of skills. Work-Life Balance: While the work can be demanding at times (as it is in any agency environment), PACIFIC understands the importance of work-life balance. They are generally flexible with scheduling and promote a healthy work environment. [ flexible hours, remote work options, generous vacation time]. Strong Leadership: The leadership team at PACIFIC is truly exceptional. They are visionaries who are passionate about the company's success and genuinely care about their employees. Competitive Compensation and Benefits: PACIFIC offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: As with any agency, the pace can be fast and things can change quickly. This can be challenging at times, but it also keeps things dynamic and exciting. It's important to be adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. This isn't really a "con" in my opinion, but it's something potential employees should be aware of.
