      No consideration of employee lives Nothing is done to boost employee morale Pay is very low for the amount of work required from employees compared to other businesses Management does not adhere to rules set. Very little room for growth

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      Cons

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
