Bonus is good if you are an efficient worker
Cons
Poor Communication from Management. No paid time off for a year. No paid sick days or personal days, and a bonus deduction if you are sick during that month so it is a double hit. No upward mobility or comraderie. Base salary is always $18/hr or less and the bonus is where you make up the rest of your income. So paycheck on the 1st is tiny and then paycheck on the 15th is 80-90% of your monthly income.
