Great place to help those in need, elderly especially

Cons

the company randomly sold PANF to PAF and decided to randomly lay off 95% of its employees, leaving the rest to man 100s of calls. They care about patients but DO NOT care about the employees. they care about money, and how much the ceo gets to take home

They laid off most staff after merger with Patient Advocate Foundation.
