Company goes extra mile to make employees feel part of team. Celebrates with employees when good months bonuses, activities, cookouts, lunches. work place is clean and relax atmosphere to work. people are good

management should talk to technicians more

* a great place to grow your knowledge in aerospace * quickly moves into different department. * task are not repetitive * managers hear any ideas and put them into trials. * clean working stations and sanitation is a priority. * managers are friendly and listen to every comment or ideas. * work is well distributed within workers. * meetings are constant to verify the good morale around workers. * Tools and Parts are constantly reviewed to make sure workers have everything they need for a good production.

* some areas are not well ventilated during some task that require painting or sanding. (respirators are offered) * some working stations are crowded with gear and unnecessary items not pertaining to job being perform than others. * not enough managers around working stations. * new hires are not offered any contact number to the company.
