Pros

Working in any other division other than IT is great.

Cons

The company has a very strange structure. IT Division reports directly to a shareholder and the rest of the company report to the CEO. It is like working for two different companies. The CEO is excellent and has created an awesome team/family culture within her divisions. IT on the other hand is the most toxic environment I have worked in. The Head of IT is not trustworthy and has created such a toxic working environment. This the reason why so many of the Dev and QA staff are unhappy and currently looking for jobs elsewhere

Pros

Great team with supportive colleagues and good collaboration across projects. The work is interesting and technically engaging, with opportunities to learn new things and take on responsibility. There is also a lot of space for professional growth and career advancement if you are proactive.

Cons

The work can be stressful at times, especially when dealing with tight deadlines. Even small changes can introduce unexpected bugs, which requires extra caution and thorough Black box testing
