Every day was a challenge

Pay raises were pretty rare

They do a lot of activities for their employees such as a company picnic, thanksgiving diner, and much more.

There structure is very weak, there are a lot of bosses therefore there is so many people you have to talk to and get approval from to get anything done. Also often it feels as if departments are pitted against each other so everything is a competition. Some of the lead management is rude and derogatory to employees and younger people right out of college have a hard time lasting because people are unwilling to help you and coach you.
