Pros

Great way to gain experience in the IT world

Cons

Disjointed leadership, poor compensation, lack of support from leadership when issues occur. Assistance with location improvements were conditional to sales. If you aren't selling, you don't matter when the chips are down.

Pros

Upper management communicates well and makes time to listen to issues when you let them know. Work hours are great and as long as there is communication ownership is flexible. Owner ship also is very easy to approach

Cons

As management there are times when they need to get ahold of you after hours. This can be difficult to manage boundaries between work and personal life. The internal systems are all custom which can present frustrating issues at times but is a minor con.

Pros

Working at PC Laptops has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From day one, I felt welcomed into a team that values integrity, customer service, and personal growth. Leadership genuinely cares about each employee — not just as workers, but as people. They invest in training, mentorship, and creating an environment where you feel supported to do your best work. The culture is positive, collaborative, and focused on doing the right thing for customers. Wins are celebrated, challenges are tackled together, and there’s always a sense that you’re part of something bigger. The opportunities to grow and develop your skills here are endless, and management goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. If you want to work in a place where your contributions are recognized, your ideas are heard, and your well-being matters, PC Laptops is that place. I’m truly grateful to be part of this team. Supportive leadership, great culture, growth opportunities, and a real focus on people.

Cons

Honestly, none worth noting for me to share.
