Previous Ownership / Leadership was great, understanding, great people to work for and with. Great culture and people to work with.
Cons
New Ownership (Netrio) they come from private equity, squeeze every last ounce of work out of you, and then ask you to do more. Culture has shifted, company lost its previous identity.
