- need to submit request to CEO for any case, even for low importance matters - long waiting time for CEO decision - policy against home office/hybrid work model; CEO do not agree for home office in any reason - far away from rail way station, very limited train timetable - need car to get to work - low quality road at the car park - no place for having cheap and health lunch - old buildings and old-fusion offices - poor company cars - no private health insurance - sport card in high price - lack of basic IT tools at wor - eg: MS teams, company chat, task manager - overworking people - frequent people rotation due to left the company - the company does not implement actual state of art project management; the same people are involved in various project; lot of internal problems to make project done; lack of support from CEO to complete projects in the best possible way - the same positions within company have different responsibilities, tasks, tools and also benefits - poor team leading, no coaching, no mentoring program, no evaluation meeting with supervisions - low business level of internal management and meetings (old type of management) - HR personal development program only for a raising stars (only a few employees in the department) - no support for league other then English; English class in a big group; lessons take places in the company after work; level only up to b2; - no chance for professional carrier growth; no serious development course available; only low quality post graduate studies are possible - poor innovation - chemical environment
