The culture here is extremely friendly and very little micro-managing. Even as a technical services chemist I do R&D work separate from the R&D department, which is great because I'm not doing the same thing everyday.

I am not one that likes downtown and trying to find something to do, and they could do a better job at challenging my eagerness to get things done.

Change - Not a bad thing but, process development and fine tuning is always uncomfortable in the beginning.
