      - lots of department collaboration, insight into lots of aspects of business - incredible shop and facilities - great work/life balance - opportunity to work on things that shouldn't exist yet

      Cons

      - consultancy. work load changes greatly due to project needs. but projects are varied and interesting - young company that has been growing very quickly. some growing pains

      Pros

      Great people, great quality of work, really passionate about what is being done. The place has everything set up for you to concentrate on doing your work well.

      Cons

      Consultancy means that projects can end abruptly and you may have down times.

      -Awesome Culture, Awesome Shop, Awesome Office, Everyone is nice helpful and very smart

      Cons

      As with all consultancies you have to hand off your projects at some point
