Pros
Lots of opportunity for overtime over 40 hours if you are willing to work and have open available. This is because a large number of officers that they hire are unreliable and are constantly calling out/not showing up for shifts.
Cons
My greatest issues are communication throughout the company and lack of training. I felt the company hires many unqualified individuals and there is no focus on training to improve the companies greatest assists (the staff). The company does not have a written disciplinary policy and not all individuals are held to the same expectations. This results in a very high turnover for the company. I also feel that the company is focused on generating revenue for themselves and not on the service they say they are committed in providing their clients. This is evident in low pay for employees and mandatory requests for unpaid work/meetings.
