Pros
I have spent nearly 30 years with PCL and during my tenure PCL has offered me opportunities that challenged me and provided for my own growth. They have never been shy in providing me with the tools required to accomplish this.
Cons
As a larger company, processes, systems, rules and regulations are placed on the staff to develop some consistency and to manage change.
