Mistakes are treated as a spot to teach or seen as improvable. They're seen as marks to be used against you during negotiations.
Your work is what deals with the overwhelmingly stupid projects PCL Denver breaks its back dealing with. There's not plan or strategy with more stock put into it than, "The field/office will deal with it."
