Pros

Grocery Store Nearby Occasional Free Food The International Employees are nice

Cons

The office is a very cliquey place. There are a lot of office politics going on in the office (the CEO says one thing, everyone else says that's not the way we're doing it). HR is in the back pocket of the CEO and is very poorly managed. Very little to almost no training for new employees. Very unprofessional language around the office (F-bomb is a common one). If you ask someone a question in the office, they'll tell you to ask employees in their international offices (many of who are leaving for the day). Every day is an emergency, especially when a release is schedule (employees are the ones that suffer for poor planning). Simply doing the job you are asked to do is never enough for management.

Pros

Some decent coworkers (usually the ones trying to survive like you)

Cons

If you're considering working at PCMI, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice. The internal environment is rife with politics and favoritism, and promotions often depend more on who you know than on performance or merit. There’s no real leadership - upper management fails to take accountability, and when things go wrong (which is 90% of time), they are quick to shift the blame onto associate-level employees. Leadership is reactive rather than proactive, and decision-making is slow and disconnected from reality. This dysfunction spills over to clients, 95% of whom regularly express frustration over delays and unresponsiveness. Instead of addressing these systemic issues, leadership continues to deflect, creating even more pressure on front-line staff. Hard work and results mean nothing here. If you’re not in the “favorites club,” you’ll be overlooked, ignored, or blamed when things go wrong. If you value clarity, fairness, and professional growth, you won’t find it here. Do yourself a favor and stay far away - there are far better companies out there that will value your time, effort, and sanity.
