Pros
I have been employed for almost 10 years here and can honestly say this is one of the best employers I have ever worked for. Over the years I have had some personal struggles and the support I have received from my Employers had been second to none and honestly I cannot thank them enough for helping me manage some extremely difficult times in my personal life. I am not the only employee they have supported in this way, they have a great understanding of the work life balance and go out of their way to find practical ways in which to give the employee as much support as possible . We have many employees who work from home or are part time and are able to juggle their working lives with other commitments. There are lots of incentives and staff perks too , training and promotional opportunities
Cons
The location of the office is on an industrial estate with not many other shops near by and you would need to drive if you wanted to pop out for lunch, however we do have a Sainsburys not too far away and a Confectionary shop within close walking distance. Various catering vans also come round frequently
