- Good bonuses including 13 month, mid yr bonus in July, end yr bonus in Dec, performance bonus in April. - Will send you to course and get certified.
Cons
- Once send you to course expect you to know everything inside out. -Management do not know how to handle staffs as they dont appreciated the staffs. -Low pay -Job scope will keep adding but pay will still be the same. - Management expect you to be busy at all time to prove that you are working. -Some staff do not really do their work and management do not really care.about it.
