Not much, except you are local, but still better to listed out all the benefit with the partner before you sign the contract
Cons
They don't even have any protocol, instead keep changing thing and asked you to apply. Ended up all your business. There are only one of two full time employees and all is sub contract and not much you can grow in this company.
