Pros

clothing allowance (even tho that is kinda stupid)

Cons

they say they are a great place to work but not compared to other industries, which is sad. team building and happy hours are painful and cultish. just want to do my work and go home.

PDR Corporation Response

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you didn’t find our clothing allowance useful. At PDR, one of our Core Values is FUN and One PDR, so community and building a culture of fun are important and speak to who we are as a company. Our hope is that all our team members align with those values and can enjoy themselves at work, find the joy in what they are doing and let loose and have a little fun. We think it’s important to celebrate each other, our teams and their great work. All work and no play, makes PDR a dull place. Of course, we recognize and appreciate that isn’t for everyone. We have recently deployed a monthly eNPS survey to hear from our team members across the firm. It has been quite successful and really great to hear what our employees think. We are committed to continuous improvement and are grateful that our employees consistently vote PDR a Top Workplace. Your comments have been shared with our CEO and our Leadership team.

Pros

Pros would be that your coworkers can be fun and there are decent benefits for how small the firm is.

Cons

Cons are the leadership. Some may be good at being architects or designers, but the leadership team as a whole and individually do not know how to run a business. It would make sense if each had their own business know-how to bring to the firm but none of them do. There is a reason there are constant layoffs and they can't seem to retain talent.
