Executive level and line level managers have a good working relationship with employees and sincerely care about their welfare and are willing to listen to and rationally resolve any business/company related issues raised by employees.
Company employees, in general, are seasoned, experienced in their respective disciplines and a pleasure to work with.on a day to day basis.
Company has some new business opportunities on the horizon that should result in better revenue for the company, and in turn, better annual pay raises over the next several years.
Salary rates are reasonable and in line with, or slightly above, rates paid by similar companies depending upon employee's experience level.
Cons
Recent annual pay raises have been at zero or very low, but that situation is being drived by DoD budget reductions on selected programs.
