Poor company culture - Anonymous employee PEI Group Employee Review

Poor company culture. A lot of fake people. The way they go about certain things is shocking. They don't seem to value employees; sometimes you can feel a lack of direction. Terrible benefits, barely any socials, and they cancelled the only summer social we have because they sacked so many people that they felt it would be unfair to have a summer social, but really it seemed like a money-saving exercise.
