The company engaged in highly unprofessional and unethical practices, including withholding salary without valid reason, making sudden and unreasonable changes to job scope, subjecting employees to unfair treatment, and drastically increasing workload (from 20 to 40 videos per week) without agreement. Pay cuts were also imposed without consent, and employment was ultimately terminated without proper notice.
