Pros
Good salary and bonus plan Generally upbeat and positive environment Good cafeteria Very big DEI focus, though it can be to the point where people are afraid to open their mouths for fear of saying something wrong
Cons
Expensive insurance. It's cut in half if you participate in the wellness program, but even half is expensive. Stingy vacation, with no improvement for five years and even then only if you're a VP or higher. Mandatory in office for vice president and above. You might be eligible for hybrid under that, but your boss will be in the office and this is definitely an office-first culture. Miserable open office, for everyone under SVP level. Research says you'll be unhappy and unproductive, so be aware of what you're walking into. CEO cult. In the midst of massive layoffs and loads of empty office space, they actually opened another office so the CEO wouldn't have to commute but could still say he was on site. Nobody seems willing to speak against what he wants. For some positions - not sure which ones - no annual salary review, so be sure to ask if that's true for your situation
