      Great co-workers Excellent company reputation The work is rewarding. Management is fair and available. The company recognizes it's employees. At PFP, you are not just a number.

      Pros

      Great support, awesome culture, lots of ways to grow within the company, incredible mission.

      Cons

      Wish more people knew how important it is to have insurance and protect their families. PFP does a great job of educating but it can be hard when many customers say "no".
