Easy work, reasonable management, decent pay for what you do

All shifts are at annoying times, the hours used to be 9-5 but now I work a 6am-2pm shift. Moving up is not as simple as they make it out to be. Expect to be stuck as a processor unless you have outstanding credentials in growing
