PGMBM Response
4yI am really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us at PGMBM.
We are clear in the job description, and during our interview process, that the initial focus of this role is supporting our clients throughout their litigation journey, and that our main tool of communication with them is the phone. Our clients are always our main priority, and our accessibility to them is of paramount importance.
The quality of the calls is indicative of how much care and support we are giving our clients, so we believe that this is one of the ways that we can fairly measure a Paralegals performance.
I am surprised to read your comments about routes to promotion. Our team at PGMBM, at every level come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds, age groups, and different career routes. I oversee our bi-annual performance review and promotions process, and the only thing that the people who are promoted have in common is that they are fully committed to giving our clients access to justice and are the most talented people in their areas of practice.
We benchmark our pay bands bi-annually and based on this in-depth research, we believe that the pay, along with the suite of benefits that we offer, is fair for the level of experience our Paralegals have.
We thank you for you advice, though we see no cause to take it, and wish you the very best for the future.
