      Pros

      It's a paycheck while it lasts.

      Cons

      Company will fire you once the contract ends, no 2 weeks notice, no severance, it's a body shop that hires and fires at will. Benefits are poor. Forced to take vacation time when project winds down. Forced to work holidays and no compensation. Company lies to you on interview, tells you its a secure full time job, when it's a contract position. PGTEK does not value it's employees, does not invest in employees such as training and only uses employee's til there time is up. Employee beware, company is using you until your time is up.

      PGTEK has been in business over 20 years and has alway's strived to provide a great place to work by encouraging training and certification and the advancement of our employee's. All of our employee's have full access to continued training including in our training lab. We pride ourselves in offering world class benefits starting Day 1 of employment. We are very sorry you had a bad experience with us.

      Pros

      I don't know. Unless you thrive at doing nothing and not having to be responsible or accountable for anything other than submitting your weekly time sheet. In which case you will most likely find many Pros.

      Cons

      Far too many to list. An unimaginable disturbing experience in nearly every aspect. Quite possibly the worst experience of my life as an employee, customer, or even a person. To the point I was becoming suicidal. Shocking. Team leader exhibited zero leadership skills or qualities. It was bad...
