Wonderful colleagues; forward-thinking vision; supportive team environment; good CEO; good, caring HR Director

Not much room for advancement; no 401K company contribution; no pay increases over the years; challenging bonus structure

- Nice coworkers - Holiday and sick time/hybrid schedule

- Low pay - Lack of creativity. - Idiotic management that has nothing better to do than pace around all day. (literally they never stop walking around because they have no actual work to do). - Just surprise laid off around 8 people with no warning effective immediately. (Some of which they hired only a couple months ago). Did not warn any of us either or provide any support in transitioning that workload. - Does not value you as a human being.
