      They have a magnificent product. They do have wonderful employees & family members.

      Cons

      The son/owner Steven is not a manager; he wants to baby sit employees, wants to be copied on every email, micro managing but clueless. It’s a shame and a disgrace to be treated like that. Abusive childish behavior. They guy needs some serious therapy! Employee turnover is as huge as one can expect from such an unprofessional & rude individual. They could be selling so much more if he didn’t make everyone so miserable. It’s like a reality torture show. Lucky if you survive more than a few months.

      there is absolutely not a single pro to working for this company.

      Truly amazed by the unprofessionalism this company has. Steven, the “CEO”, is beyond disrespectful to work with and will talk down to you. There is absolutely no socializing at work. Steven fear mongers employees. Talking at work? Forget it. You are forced to sit in complete silence and there are cameras with audio in each room. So Steven will call you while working because he watches the cameras nonstop to scream at you instead of him focusing on his work. And believe me every email sent about, unemployment, PTO, literally anything after being forced to quit will go COMPLETELY IGNORED. Honestly, not worth the mental stress working for this company. Steven, should be ashamed with how he has treated staff and should take a look at all the best employees leaving due to his behavior. People active apply to jobs while working there because no body is truly happy working at PID Floors.
