Pros

The team is incredible. I've never felt more encouraged to pursue my career ambitions. The CEO is one of the friendliest, funniest, and most thoughtful individuals I've ever met. My boss has his hands in the code more than I do and provides me opportunities to challenge myself and grow. I have added so much experience to my resume during my time with PINS and have enjoyed the ride. I love going to work because I greatly enjoy the people I work with, and the engineering solutions we're pursuing are engaging. I would recommend PINS if you care about who you work with, love the flexible and heads down nature of a startup environment, and have an ambitious mindset and want to challenge yourself at work.

Cons

Benefits are not the best for families, or just in general. They are making efforts to improve them, but I suppose it's just the nature of the business's current position.

Pros

I've been working at PINS for 4+ years and this is the most exciting startup I've worked for. The company is growing fast and we have a great process to train, educate, and onboard new employees. Lots of learning opportunities and competitive benefits. The culture is mostly nurturing, every employee feels to be working in conjunction with each other towards the common goal of scaling the product to provide for the needs of present and target audience. It has been awesome to be a part of the PINS family and success is always recognized by upper management. The product is evolving fast, becoming easier and richer in every release. PINS Advantage promises to become a crucial player in the insurance and document tracking industry.

Cons

Being a fast paced environment one will most probably end up wearing multiple hats at times.
