Pros
When I first started at PIRCH, there wasn't a company I didn't believe in more than this one. They took care of their employees. I believed in their manifesto and could apply it to life experiences. Everything was so genuine. Then the covers were pulled off leading you in to the cons section below.
Cons
Worked here two years before the change hit. 90% of the original executive staff was let go. I had a bad feeling when they brought us all in a room to make the announcement. I figured well this might work. I've seen this movie before and thought I would give it a month or so to see what the new management would bring to the table. They brought in a new President/CEO from Oakley. I thought, well heck, this could be a great change. They started hiring more chiefs than Indians, leaving the employees hanging. No raises, no more perks, lots of people lost their jobs. They now have more executive staff than they had before, and are continuing to hire people with six figure salaries, yet are on a hiring freeze to relieve their employees of the huge workload they are undertaking. They're trying to be "open" with the staff, but really aren't. Pirch 2.0 (or 2.no) is a joke! This company is now over a mil in the hole with investors that are not happy with the results this new management is bringing in. Every good quality employee is now either gone or miserable in their current positions. I sure hope they find something else and are respectfully paid and treated the way they should be.
