Pros
I was a passive candidate recruited by a PIRCH manager. My interview experience was positive and I was always given full transparency of where the company was, where it was going and how my role would help impact the future of the business. The prior Glassdoor reviews make sense, the prior leadership team was dishonest with the entire company and in turn, it was a very hard time. Since then, PIRCH was able to rebuild and refocus. Today we are stronger than ever and ready to continue growing! Some of the things that I love about working here are: -Solid leadership that truly cares about the future & growth of this company -Ability to work closely with C-level and Executive leadership - very much a startup -Compensation is competitive and benefits packages are great (unlimited PTO) -Good amount of change- you're never bored and there's lots of opportunity for project-based work that helps you to grow. -An innovative company that is passionate about serving their clients- we're always looking for new ways to make our customer experience even better! -Constant inspiration from co-workers and their passion for their jobs and this company -Beautiful office space with on-site gym, showers, and lockers. Car charging station for your electric vehicle and business casual dress code -Birthday and Anniversary are paid as vacation days!
Cons
Not really a con- but more of a warning. PIRCH is still very much a startup. If you aren't willing to work hard and be humble, this likely is not the place for you. PIRCH has grown a lot as mentioned above, that's come with change. If you are resistant to an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment and culture PIRCH may not be the place for you. To me, always looking to do better is a sign of a great company that isn't satisfied with just standing still.
