      Pros

      Open environment. Work at your own pace. Deliver results and no one bothers you. Get to be a part of a small company and learn a lot about how to build a business.

      Cons

      Small businesses have big issues and you are constantly asked to wear many hats. Don't expect an assistant or 100% clear direction. Not that this is bad - but for people who like to stay in their lane - this isn't there highway.
