      Friendly stuff. The owner at PJHM are very Knowledgeable of the architecture world. The team has talented individuals and one is sure to learn more about the world of architecture at this company.

      Cons

      It's hard to move up in this company. The architecture is excellent, but if you are looking for a company with high end and extremely modern designs, this company is not the one.

      Pros

      Learned a lot during my 2 yeas and half working there. Everyone is supportive and healthy working environment.

      Cons

      Even though I worked very well, I barely got a small raise.
