      It's a job. The office is pretty cool! Some great people there.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is not great. Communication from 'management' is not ideal. Seemed to get stranger and stranger as time went on.

      Pros

      Learned a lot during my 2 yeas and half working there. Everyone is supportive and healthy working environment.

      Cons

      Even though I worked very well, I barely got a small raise.
