Pros
There were pros if you were there at the inception of PJT. Its grown too fast, lost its identity, HR have no clue what they are doing or how to recruit, everyone lies to your face, don’t be surprised if you get thrown under the bus, no support by managers and partners on deals and we seriously work 24/7 to make deadlines to really get no thanks. If you aren’t once of Pauls or HRs favorites you might as well start looking for a new job. I am about to and I know like 6 other guys who are so fed up

the hours, the bonus, lack of respect from HR and the fact they have favourites and are so open about it is just wrong
