      Pros

      Generally very nice people, some very smart people, company financially seems healthy and stable at the least. CEO is kindof a baller.

      Cons

      Currently experiencing growing pains, no parking, food isn't that great, no workout facilities, or shower, no healthful living initiatives (discounted/incentivized gym memberships, fitbits, etc).

      Very few to think of. Sometimes at a team or project level - the number of stakeholders starts to prevent innovation
