Pros

There are no pros! The only thing I liked about the company was the view and area of location. Everything else about it was terrible.

Cons

PLS Logistics is a company that makes you work six days a week, at least once, they were not of any help for me once I fell behind, the work area is like a frat scene, they expect you to know the entire system by the second day of training by throwing all of the work schedule from Wednesday and half of Thursday into a compact Tuesday, the trainers are not professional, majority of people were rude, and I got bamboozled by going here as a first job out of college. Do not recommend anyone to work here, it is terrible, as they make you do 200-250 cold calls. If you like rejection, long hours of potentially making $0, this is for you. If you are a college student right out or frankly any unemployed adult, do not consider even an interview.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
