Pros

Purchasable snacks in the office, locations are pretty nice, and sometimes the company will have small events (but usually only after hours).

Cons

Upper Management. They don't care about any of their employees, they are terrible at managing, and they don't let people do their jobs. Turnover is extremely high because no one is happy there. Hours are long, compensation is low, and you'll never feel appreciated. Prepare to be treated like a number. This is not a place for innovation or ingenuity. The managers and CEO have their own ideas and agendas and just want to pay people to execute those for them. It's also very cut throat so if you're an AET prepare to watch your back.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
