-Great coworkers -lots of opportunity for promotions if you put your head down, are willing to take constructive criticism and grind -music playing throughout sales floor -happy hours -team lunches -good earning potential long term -unlimited PTO as long as you are in good standing -great culture overall; everyone is super cool, friendly, & willing to help with advice and issues --- friends at work and outside of work, good place to make friends and meet people as a new grad -ability to make 100k+ if you stick with it and are willing to actually do the process and build out a client base
