1) A close and friendly working environment. Many have already worked for more than 5 years, and some have worked for more than 20 years. This creates a family like environment. 2) Large training field to learns on maintaining the highway i.e pavement, slope, structure, traffic, toll system, electrical, contract, project, facilities etc
Cons
Slow career growth, no clear career path, poor training and succession plans, low salaries, low increments, low bonuses, and many other benefits have been cut, especially to lower grade staffs
