Nice working environment. Although not a fancy office, at least myself felt comfortable. Free drink cheap vending machine and free snack is always a refresh when tired from work. Open door management made employees willing to speak out. Annual flexible time off is better than most of other silicon high tech companies.

So so salary for engineers compare with silicon valley average. Annual salary raise is minimum. Focal review is pretty much one way from supervisor. If employees have not so decent supervisor, your career growth is limited.
