Pros

This used to be a wonderful place to work, but unfortunately, the last twelve months have been a downward spiral, with misery trickling down from higher-ups that has now reached the people below management. Some aspects of the job can be flexible to fit around other responsibilities and requirements. Some of the people you work with are great, but that doesn't extend to upper management who are out of touch and don't really care.

Cons

PMG took over our company and blinded us all with false promises. Everyone from the former company has either left or is miserable and thinking of leaving. The takeover was a disaster from the outset, but it has gradually deteriorated. Work-life balance has completely vanished, and the stress and upset from work regularly infiltrate your personal life. You are expected to work beyond your hours to keep up with your workload, but without overtime pay. The rewards system is transparent and poor. You only receive recognition or progress if you're someone who works outside of your contracted hours and if you shout the loudest. Earning a promotion is next to impossible, and the pay increases for said promotions are minimal and not comparable with the extra workload and responsibility. You are expected to adapt to new procedures with no training and penalised and punished when you are unable to complete the task because you have not been properly trained. If you are required to work on something outside your client work, which happens often due to dwindling numbers of staff who keep leaving, you will be expected to prioritise this, while either letting your client work suffer or working beyond your hours to be able to complete your workload. Lower pay and extremely poor "pay rises" and bonuses, especially when being promoted.
