no cons, great company to work for.

Through a profit organization, PMI Group puts their employees first. This isn't to say people before revenue, necessarily, but the environment is such that everybody is made to feel just as important as anyone else.

They can lean a bit too far on the conservative side. Granted, it's an insurance company - and "ready, aim, shoot" is better than "ready, shoot, aim" - but in some instances they need to find a better balance. I've seen to many projects in "ready, ready, aim, ready, reload ... "
