Pros

Friendly People, Low Pressure, Great for a role out of college, company outings, and a nice office with snacks.

Cons

Laptops are old and outdated. Hybrid model limits days to WFH. Leadership prioritizes vendor connections over client success. Leadership utilizes outdated strategies. No upward mobility. Leadership expects employees to do excessively more than what their job role is and not give any compensation or bonuses. Lack of senior knowledge or experience creates a low learning environment. Lack of initiative to invest in tools. There is a high level of employee churn within a year. Current “reviews” are artificial and coerced by leadership.

Cons

Like any company, there are challenges. However, it's important to distinguish between company-related cons and aspects that may simply not align with personal preferences. Additionally, what may seem like a drawback today can become an opportunity for growth through genuine communication, self-reflection, and sincere accountability. After all, cons—like beauty—are often in the eye of the beholder.
