Horrible and Toxic Work Culture that has transitioned from PSU like culture to pure toxicity No Job Security, especially for MT's, no matter what you do you will not be confirmed and the mercy of the same lies entirely in your managers hands whereas full time employees who do not know basic operational stuff have job security Pathetic Benefits and leaves policy - Only 12 paid leaves a year for MTs no other perks except optional company accomodation No respect for employees and they are shamed and tortured as per senior managements will Zero Work Life Balance, constant micromanagement, and the list goes on and on... I suggest even if you are unemployed, still do not join this company as they will make your life miserable
